These powders can have high or low sand, silt and aggregate content and can have large or small ultimate particle sizes (down to 0.2 microns). They can be colors ranging from light grey or cream to brown to dark red and maroon and dark grey. They can be very plastic or very non-plastic. These powders can be used as-is in the dust pressing ceramic manufacturing process. They are also suitable as inert fillers and ingredients in a wide array of products where low dust levels is a priority or a convenience. |
